A clearer comparison. A more informed choice.
Best EOR UK helps companies make a shortlist for UK hiring. The comparison leads with cost, then explains what each provider offers and what still needs a written answer.
What does this comparison cover?
We compare ten selected EOR providers available to companies considering UK hiring: Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Remofirst, Native Teams, Oyster, Remote People, Teamed, Rippling and Papaya Global. This is not a whole-market search or a promise that one provider is right for everyone.
The comparison uses public documentation and existing research. No payroll trial or mystery-shopping exercise was performed for this website. A provider’s advertised global starting fee is not automatically the price of a particular UK hire.
How do the scores work?
The cost rating and overall provider score are on a scale of 1 to 5. They start from the approved database assessments, with the same category weights for every provider. Any editorial adjustment is dated and recorded separately.
Cost is the default sort. Equal cost ratings use overall score, then alphabetical order. There is no manual provider priority in the sort. You can also sort by overall score. The cost assessment considers the documented commercial offer; it is not simply a ranking of advertised fees.
| Existing category | Weight |
|---|---|
| Cost | 25% |
| Support | 25% |
| Terms and exit | 20% |
| Platform | 10% |
| Payroll and employee experience | 10% |
| Delivery | 5% |
| Security and track record | 5% |
The starting overall score uses that weighted average, rounded to one decimal place. Editorial adjustments are noted below. The displayed ratings are provider-wide desk assessments, not separate UK-only performance measurements. New pricing checks can change a fee shown on the page without silently changing an existing score.
Teamed’s overall score is 4.0 out of 5 following an editorial adjustment approved on 23 September 2026. Its cost rating is 4.5 out of 5. The original weighted assessment and the dated adjustment are retained in our records.

How do we use the evidence?
Official pricing, contracts and help pages establish what a provider publicly says. G2, Trustpilot, Reddit and other sources help identify questions to ask and practical experiences to consider. One review does not establish a universal fee or failure rate.
- Published charge: an amount or condition appears in the relevant pricing or terms. Its applicability still needs checking against the buyer’s contract.
- Provider statement: a claim such as no setup fees or zero FX markup. We attribute it and check for material exceptions.
- Customer report: a person’s account, kept with country, date, product, incentives and provider response where available.
- Not established: the checked evidence does not settle a term. We show it as a question, never as zero cost.
We keep positive experiences alongside complaints. Reviews of contractor wallets, general HR software or overseas payroll do not become proof of UK EOR performance. Historical and unresolved accounts stay labelled as such.
